LD2410 BLE
Connects directly to a HiLink LD2410B mmWave presence sensor's own Bluetooth LE add-on - the same binary UART frame protocol the sensor's serial pins use, tunnelled over its BLE characteristics, including the sensor's own password handshake.
Adding a sensor
Devices & Services > LD2410 BLE > "Add sensor" shows a live "Nearby sensors" scan, the same way IDĂ SEN/Ruuvi's own add flows do - since the sensor's BLE service isn't uniquely identifiable by itself, candidates are shown with their own advertised name for you to confirm before adding, rather than being silently filtered.
What's supported
All entities are read-only:
- Presence - whether anything is currently detected.
- Moving target - distance and energy level.
- Static target - distance and energy level.
- Detection distance.
Presence feeds Area occupancy automatically, the same way every other motion/presence-capable integration's own signal does, and works with Dashboard cards and Automations exactly like any other integration.
This integration is unverified against real hardware - the BLE frame protocol is confirmed against an actively-maintained community reference client's own source, but not smoke-tested against a live sensor during development.
